I met my partner, Greg, May 28th, 2003 when he knocked on my door so
he and his Engineering Firm could 'check the sewer lead in my basement'.  This is a funny 'joke' in the civil engineering world ;-).  It was love at first sight and we have been together pretty much since the first day we met.

Greg graduated in 2005 with his Civil Engineering Bachelor's Degree from Lawrence Technological University.  This compliments his Bachelor's of Biology from Michigan State University quite nicely.

Candace finished her Bachelor's of Finance from Eastern Michigan University in December, 2006.


We spend most of our free time working on our home and the many
improvements needed.  In the last three years we have:

~ Repaired all leaky areas of the basement, including fixing footing drains, installing 
    sump pumps and rebuilding of concrete walls and floors.

~ Replaced all gutters, facia board and installed gutterguard on the upper roof.

~ Installed new high-efficiency furnace, air-conditioning and hot-water heater in 
    2006.

~ Put up a six foot olive green painted wood privacy fence around entire back yard.

~ We are in the process of planting our new 40 x 40 vegetable garden and
    landscaping throughout the rest of the yard.
